83 golfers, more than 100 dinner guests, and more than 40 sponsors and volunteers participated to make the it another great day at the beautiful Wedgwood Country Club in Turnersville, NJ !
Some terrific golf was played (congratulations to our winning team at 9 UNDER !), we almost had our first ever Hole-In-One to win a brand new Nissan Altima (so close Tom !), and the raffles and auctions were spirited as every table went home with at least one prize.
I hope you’ll consider joining us at this golf outing next year, or perhaps at one of our other events coming up – DESIGNER BAG BINGO (November 8th) or our annual BEEF & BEER BASKET AUCTION (March 2015). Both events will feature great prizes and be a lot of fun, all for a great cause.
For 10 years now, People for the Poor has been fundraising and donating 100% of our proceeds to homeless shelters and soup kitchens in South Jersey.
